As a three person crew we traveled to Copenhagen to meet Yussuf Poulsen in his hometown. We spent one long day together while he showed us his view of the city and danish culture. We also brought him back to his youth club Lyngby BK, who played their most important match of the season.

From 16 hours of raw and archive footage, we produced a 20-minute documentary, later broadcasting on RB Leipzig’s social media and Sky Sport Germany.

The home story with Yussuf Poulsen was just one of several episodes we produced for the series. In addition to filming and post-production, these projects always involve detailed planning in advance, as we only have limited filming time with the players on site.
